Join a short-format league this Autumn

Team entries for the Oxford & District Table Tennis Association (ODTTA) Development League need to be in by 15th September, and Temple teams will again be playing at Cowley Table Tennis.

The Development league is is for juniors and adult players who are not yet ready to play in the three-a-side league. Current teams are based in Kidlington, Cowley and Bicester, and play home and away. Each player plays two singles and a doubles, best of five games to eleven points. Matches last approx. 7.30 – 9.00 pm. Players need Player membership of Table Tennis England (£16 adults, £8 under-18s) and pay a match fee of £2.50 to £3.00 per player per match. This season, ODTTA is also trying out a new two-a-side league for those who are Oxford league Division 3 standard and above. This will be a similar format to the Development League, but with all matches at Cheney School on Wednesday evenings, starting in October. It will be open to players who also play in the main league in Oxford or elsewhere.
